Review: ARTEyes a very simple tool that can help eliminate the red-eye effect or changing the color of a person's eyes. The program interface consists of a window standard that your options are very limited. You can add files from your hard drive using a file browser (the method of drag and drop is not supported, at least in Windows 7). Now, all you have to do is select a new color eye palette or copy the image.
